There are 7 marked parking spots with "Parkplatz C/O Lauscher GmbH" right in front of BOXOB Coworking. We also offer charging for electric vehicles with a 11kW Wallbox charging station. If these spots are full, we kindly ask you to find alternative parking on Charlottenstraße or Sophienstraße.
Yes, BOXOB Coworking Space & Virtual Office in Aachen is located in a former production hall. We have 2 conference rooms for private meetings, but we do not offer soundproof rooms or private offices.
Of course! You're always welcome to visit our coworking spaces and see if they fit your needs. To ensure someone is available, we recommend arranging an appointment via email.

Yes! Even without a membership or desk at BOXOB Coworking, you can book and use our meeting and conference rooms for a small fee. Both rooms are equipped with large screens, internet and media connections (Ethernet, HDMI, USB), as well as webcams. Please get in touch via email to arrange a booking.
Absolutely! With our Virtual Office "Business Address" tier, you can rent an official German business address in Aachen (without a desk). The virtual German business address costs €50 per month with a 12-month contract. After a simple identification process, your company name will be added to our mailbox.
Regular package acceptance is only included in the coworking plans "Flexible Hot Desk" and "Fixed Desk."

The "Flexible Hot Desk" coworking tier costs €100 per month with a 12-month contract. This tier includes access for 10 days per month, between 9 AM and 6 PM, at the BOXOB Coworking Space.
The "Fixed Desk" coworking tier costs €150 per month with a 12-month contract. Unlike the "Flexible Hot Desk" tier, the "Fixed Desk" option gives you 24/7 access to the BOXOB Coworking Space.
In the "Fixed Desk" tier, a 24'' EIZO monitor (or similar) is included. In the "Flexible Hot Desk" tier, you can optionally book a 24'' EIZO monitor (or similar).
Each BOXOB coworking resident will get a spacious desk with a WS104 office chair, an optional 24'' EIZO monitor (or similar), Wi-Fi, as well as complimentary coffee and water.
Coffee and water are included in both the "Flexible Hot Desk" and "Fixed Desk" coworking plans.
